Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Programmer position include: 2-5 years of CNC programming, setup, and operation experience Mastercam experience required, version 2025 or newer Esprit CAM experience preferred Set up, program, and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes Experience with 3-axis and/or 4-axis CNC machining Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Inspect finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy, precision, and quality Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment or machining issues Help optimize machining and production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives EDM experience is a plus
Salary:
$25-$35/hour
