5-Axis CNC Programmer - Alphacam We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming complex parts using Alphacam and a strong understanding of 5-axis CNC machining. Responsibilities

• Create and modify 5-axis CNC programs using Alphacam
• Program complex components from engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications
• Develop efficient machining strategies, toolpaths, speeds, and feeds
• Select appropriate tooling and machining methods
• Work closely with CNC operators and production personnel on setups and first-piece runs
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
• Optimize existing programs to reduce cycle times and improve productivity
• Ensure finished components meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards Qualifications
• Previous 5-axis CNC programming experience
• Alphacam programming experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, speeds, and feeds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Understanding of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment Position Full-Time Compensation Negotiable Competitive pay based on experience.
