Job Description
CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER

Primary Responsibilities:
Blueprint Interpretation- Read and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations. Machine Setup & Operation
- Prepare and operate CNC and conventional machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) to perform drilling, milling, turning, and boring. Tooling & Process Control
- Select proper cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments; apply SOPs to maintain close tolerances. Quality Assurance
- Inspect and verify parts meet specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Troubleshooting
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and resolve malfunctions. Workplace Safety & Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area in compliance with safety standards.
