CNC Router Programmer 150 Wireless Boulevard, Hauppauge, NY 11788 $23.66 - $35.00 an hour - Full-time $23.66 - $35.00 an hour - Full-time AllCraft Manufacturing is an Architectural Millwork shop fabricating high end millwork and plastic laminate cabinetry. We are looking for a talented millwork programmer to join our team. Our company is committed to manufacturing a high-quality product.

Essential Functions:

• Program millwork design from the most current version with attention to material thicknesses and stock inventory levels of sheet goods, lumber and hardware.
• Analyze the shop drawings for accuracy.
• Perform necessary tests prior to execution.
• Provide backup operations on the CNC router.

Requirements:

Must have AutoCad experience. Knowledge of Cam Software/process a must. Knowledge of Cutrite and/or Wood Whop a plus. Ability to read and understand shop drawings. Knowledge and understanding of millwork manufacturing. Able to interact with Engineering and Manufacturing floor. Have good communication skills, be a team player This position operates in a millwork shop environment and is required to use standard office equipment such as personal computers, printers, etc. along with machinery. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; move about; sit; to carry work and use controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; communicate. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs, Take parts out of the machine and place on table. Specific vision abilities required by the employee include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, etc. When operating the CNC router, the work environment has noise, fumes, odors, gases, dust, hazards, etc. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The CNC Router Programmer is a full time position with paid holidays, sick days and vacation time. Expected hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
