Job Description

Position Summary:
Looking for an experienced CNC Setup / Programmer to set up, program, and operate CNC machines while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate Haas, Omni-Turn, and Okuma CNC machines. Operate vertical mills and manual lathes . Read blueprints and technical drawings. Create and edit CNC programs. Perform first article and in-process inspections . Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds. Follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of CNC setup/programming experience preferred. Experience with Haas, Omni-Turn, Okuma, mills, and lathes . Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings . Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges . Strong problem-solving and attention to detail . Able to work independently and overtime as needed.
