General Job Summary:

1ST SHIFT $70-85K Blanking Programmer Develops and maintains software programs and libraries for the CNC Fabrication equipment (turret punches, lasers, combination turret/laser machines, press brakes, etc.) and related automation. Supports additional activities related to the CNC fabrication area as required.

Responsible for the evaluation and closure of technical NCMR's (Non-Conforming Material Reports) Provides technical support for the team across all shifts (manufacturing operators, maintenanceassociates, engineers, and supervisors) Identify and support "lights out" operations through related programming activities. Serve as a backup when needed for the development of MPCD's (Manufacturing Process ControlDocument) for fabricated products. Evaluates and closes action item requests generated from pre-production review activities (NORP /Proview) Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED);3-5 years related experience or training Associates degree (A.A.) preferred (Manufacturing Technology or related) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel /Outlook, Internet Explorer, Auto-CAD, strong 3D modeling (SolidWorks). Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming. Working knowledge of Amada and Mazak CNC programming software is preferred (Amada

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
