If you have a strong background in Mazak machining centers, Mazatrol programming, and precision machining, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines. Create and optimize Mazatrol and G-code programs for new and existing parts. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models. Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency and quality. Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary program adjustments. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

3+ years of CNC Mazak milling programming experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Mazatrol programming and CNC machining principles. Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis milling is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
