Opportunities are available across 1st and 2nd shift , with positions involving CNC operation, programming, milling, high-speed machining, and multi-axis equipment. These are hands-on manufacturing positions for candidates with experience setting up, operating, and/or programming CNC equipment. This is not a plastic injection molding position or a basic single-machine CNC operator role. CNC Operator / Programmer - Available Opportunities Openings are available for candidates with experience in: CNC machine operation and programming CNC milling High-speed machining High-speed machine operation and programming Multi-axis machining and programming Manual machining Tool and die or bench work Both experienced machinists and CNC operators with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Specific position and shift will depend on your background and experience. CNC Operator / Programmer - Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements. Create, retrieve, and modify CNC programs as needed. Review upcoming jobs and prepare required tooling and materials. Verify machine setups before production begins. Monitor machines during production and make adjustments when necessary. Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and tolerances. Keep production moving efficiently and communicate expected completion times. Identify potential production or scheduling issues and communicate them to supervision. Help improve machine efficiency, productivity, and overall workflow. Perform basic preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work independently while collaborating with other members of the manufacturing team. CNC Operator / Programmer - Qualifications 3-5 years of CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred. Previous CNC programming experience is highly desirable. Experience with CNC mills, high-speed machining, or multi-axis equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable working from production schedules and changing priorities. Ability to inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it. CNC Operator / Programmer - Pay & Schedule $31-$35 per hour based on experience. 12% night shift differential. Overtime available. Potential to earn $100,000+ annually with overtime. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. 4-day workweek option available with no required overtime.
