CNC Programmer/Operator- Pay based on experience- Starting @ $25/Hr. Join our manufacturing team! We're looking for an entry-leve l CNC Programmer/Operator with at least one year of experience to help produce high-quality precision components using Haas CNC equipment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program Haas CNC milling machines . Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings. Create and modify CNC programs. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and routine maintenance. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Maintain quality and production documentation. Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of CNC machining and programming experience required. Experience with Haas CNC mills and Fanuc controls preferred. Ability to read blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus). Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
