CNC Programmer Requirements:

What It Takes to Get on the Floor High school diploma or GED required; machining or tech school certification preferred. At least two years running CNC mills or lathes—Haas, Mazak, or Okuma experience a plus. Skilled at reading blueprints, following specs, and using precision tools. Strong attention to detail and safety every shift. Comfortable lifting, moving, and standing for full workdays. What You'll Be Doing Every Shift Fire up the CNC and keep it cutting — no babysitting, just skill and focus. Read prints, check measurements, and make sure every part passes inspection.
