Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is ideal for someone with strong CNC programming and machining experience who enjoys optimizing machining processes and supporting production improvements. Responsibilities Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs. Set up and operate CNC machines as needed. Create and modify tooling and fixtures. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues. Work with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes. Maintain CNC program documentation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience . Strong CNC machining background (5+ years preferred). Experience with CAD/CAM software. Experience with multi-axis machining. Familiarity with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens, or similar controls. Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
