$62,400 - $72,800 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30

High SchoolResponsibilitiesQualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Mill programming and operation.
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, ensuring all parts are produced to exact specifications and dimensions.
Machining Expertise:
Foundational knowledge of machine tools, programming languages, and general machining principles.
Programming Skills:
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate programming and machine control software.
Physical & Mechanical Aptitude:
Comfortable with manual tool handling, loading/unloading raw materials, and a deep interest in "how things work."
Troubleshooting:
Critical thinking skills to diagnose and fix mechanical or programming hiccups on the fly.
Adaptability:
