CNC Programmer Location:

Euclid, Ohio (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a CNC Programmer to support the development of work holding fixtures, CNC programs, and tool layouts for new equipment implementation in a factory setting. Our team is looking for someone who can help convert products from manual operations to CNC automation while collaborating closely with engineers, quality teams, and production personnel.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of CNC programs and work holding fixtures to support new equipment ramp-up. Design new jigs, tools, and fixtures, and provide technical direction to production personnel. Collaborate daily with manufacturing engineers to address machining and operational challenges. Support validation of new program rollouts, communicate process changes effectively, and help train operators on new machining technologies.

Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience writing programs for CNC machining centers and developing work holding fixtures. Minimum 4 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment. Experience using SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD, and G-code. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
