Salary $120,000 DOE $5,000 Sign-On Bonus — $2,500 at 90 Days + $2,500 at 6 Months Advance CNC Machining is looking for an expert-level CNC Programmer who doesn't simply write programs and move on to the next job. We want someone who takes ownership of the entire programming process, solves problems at the source, continually looks for ways to make our machining better, and possesses strong follow-through. At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high precision machined parts for customers from coast to coast including equipment manufacturers, food, drug and the aerospace and defense industries. What You'll Do As our experienced CNC Programmer, you'll provide accurate programming and execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
CNC programming using Mastercam for 4-axis and 5-axis horizontal and vertical platforms Makino milling centers with automation Fixture design, tool selection, and setup sheets Collaborating with Production and Quality groups to ensure we produce quality machined parts Compensation Package includes: 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5200 per year 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours. 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance coverage options Bonus opportunities What You Bring The right CNC Programmer for this role is proactive, assertive, innovative, and technically confident.
The skills needed:
Ability to write excellent CNC programs Minimum of five years of Mastercam (or comparable) software experience for 4- and 5-axis CNC Makino milling machines Minimum of five years of experience as a CNC Setup Machinist Experience with Vericut software is a plus Why Advance CNC?
