Full-Time | On-Site What You'll Do Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using
ESPRIT CAM
software Develop machining strategies for new and existing precision components, including tooling, workholding, cutting parameters, and fixturing recommendations Lead CNC program prove-outs for new products, troubleshoot machining issues, and support successful production implementation Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, machinists, and production personnel to optimize machining processes, resolve production challenges, and support continuous improvement Create and maintain setup sheets, tool lists, revision-controlled CNC programs, and related programming documentation Support new product introductions through process development, tooling recommendations, and manufacturing solutions Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Hands-on CNC machining experience with the ability to troubleshoot machining challenges on the shop floor Minimum of five (5) years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment Proficiency programming CNC machine tools using
ESPRIT CAM
software Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, workholding, cutting parameters, GD&T, and machining best practices Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Experience programming Swiss-style CNC lathes, mill/turn machines, EDM machines, or similar CNC machine tools is preferred Associate degree or technical training in Manufacturing Technology, Machining, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Comfortable collaborating with machinists during program prove-outs and process improvements Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off AeroControlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
