Interpret technical drawings; convert requirements into tool paths and setups. Load raw material; select and load the correct cutting tools. Dial in machine settings to achieve precise specifications. Troubleshoot in‑process issues; correct nonconforming parts. Execute in‑process and final inspections with diligence. Maintain and clean machines; oversee production runs. Train and mentor new staff on safe, effective procedures. Your toolkit From‑scratch CNC programming (G‑code/M‑code), strong blueprint reading. Quality inspection skills; fundamental computer proficiency. Physical strength and endurance for shop work. Experience profile High school diploma or GED. Prior role as a CNC Programmer.
