Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator for the first shift to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating various CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in CNC programming and CAM software, and a thorough understanding of technical drawings and blueprint reading. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers with precision and efficiency Program CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls, CAM programming, and CAD files to produce complex parts Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents accurately to ensure specifications are met Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance Conduct dimensional measurements using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and GD&T standards to verify part quality Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and using appropriate personal protective equipment Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment as needed Collaborate with team members on fabrication, assembly, and packaging processes to meet production deadlines Document production activities accurately and support quality control inspections Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and stamping presses in a manufacturing or factory setting Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, CNC programming, CAM programming, and SolidWorks or similar CAD software Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret technical drawings with precision Familiarity with shop math, GD&T principles, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes like press brake operations, stamping presses, and flexo presses is a plus Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory safety standards is required Basic understanding of materials handling procedures and assembly line operations Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for documentation and quality assurance tasks Ability to work efficiently on the first shift while maintaining high safety standards If you are passionate about machining technology, committed to producing high-quality components, and eager to be part of a forward-thinking manufacturing team, we encourage you to apply today for this engaging opportunity.
