Top Cat Air Tools in Willoughby is seeking a motivated individual for programming and set up of our growing CNC turn/mill department.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include the programing and set up of the various lathes machines in the department.

Requirements:

Able to set-up/operate 3 & 4 axis Lathe Milling machines. Experience with complex and tight tolerance parts. +/-.0005" Ability to read and edit programs. Able to read blueprints. Able to inspect parts using basic measuring tools. Well-organized and possess excellent communication skills. Take pride in workmanship and possess a positive team-oriented attitude. Must maintain production efficiency levels. Keep machine & tools in clean and working order. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area. Attention to detail is a must - Strong work ethic. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Preferred:

Experience with polar coordinate interpolation and twin spindle-live tool machines with Fanuc controls a plus. Experience with Kia CNC Turning Machines Experience with Hyundai/Wia CNC Turning Machines Experience with Samsung CNC Turning Machines Willingness to Learn Grinding/Hone Operation We offer competitive wages and benefits.
