Job Description

A growing aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a
  • CNC Programmer
  • to support precision machining operations.
This role will focus on developing programs for multi-axis CNC equipment, optimizing machining processes, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment and has experience programming CNC equipment for complex machined components.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Develop and maintain CNC programs for
  • multi-axis milling and turning centers
  • using CAM software. + Interpret
  • engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
  • to determine machining strategy, tooling, and process parameters. + Optimize machining processes including
  • tool selection, feeds, speeds, and cycle times
  • to improve productivity and quality. + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges and improve part manufacturability. + Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements. + Provide occasional support with
  • machine setup and machining operations
  • when needed. + Assist in the design of
  • fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions
  • to improve repeatability and efficiency. + Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within machining operations.
  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or equivalent required. +
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  • in a precision machining environment. + Experience with CAM software such as
  • Mastercam, Esprit, or CATIA
  • . + Strong understanding of
  • G-code and M-code programming
  • . + Ability to read and interpret
  • blueprints, models, and GD&T
  • . + Familiarity with CAD software such as
  • CATIA or SolidWorks
  • preferred. + Experience working in
  • aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments
  • is a strong plus. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Work Environment
  • This position is based in a machining/manufacturing environment and may require standing for extended periods, handling tools and components, and occasionally lifting materials.
  • Pay Details:
  • $30.
