Full Job Description - CNC Programmer ISCO Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a CNC Programmer experienced in Mastercam Mill, Lathe and Mill/Turn. We offer growth opportunities and competitive benefits. The CNC Programmer is responsible for the development of manufacturing processes including fixture design, tool selection and inspection strategies. This position reports directly to the Production Manager. Responsibilities and Duties Create 3 and 4-axis CNC mill and lathe programs using Mastercam. Design tooling and work holding fixtures. Verify CNC programs for accuracy and safety prior to release to production. Work closely with Machinists to prove and optimize NC programs. Provide input on process improvements Create setup Sheets, review Bill of Materials and Shop floor Travelers Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5 years experience in 3 and 4-axis CNC programming required. Strong experience with MasterCam required. Strong experience with Solidworks is preferred. Experience in machining metallic and non-metallic materials. Precision Sheet Metal experience is a plus. Proficient in reading and communicating engineering drawings & technical documents. Proficient in reading and interpreting GD&T. Strong math skills including geometry, algebra and trigonometry Good Communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding machining and fixturing best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products. Able to work independently and within a team environment
