HR Job Description:
Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to drawing specifications Read and understand production process work instructions and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements Mitigate risk and solve problems. (Think outside the box) Setup equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing process Setup tools and fixtures. Monitoring the production process. Able to think critically and adjust process when problems arise. Measure parts throughout the manufacturing process and adjust as needed to ensure process paper and drawings compliance. Inspecting finished parts per drawing Maintain a clean and organized work area Essential Skills Have a positive attitude Advanced experience with CNC machining Experienced with large complex fab projects Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Familiarity Safety mindset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to perform job requirements with limited supervision Strives to build knowledge and skills continuously; Shares expertise with others
Shift:
Day Shift:
7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
