Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Day shift
  • 5:00 am to 3:30 pm; Second shift
  • 3:15 pm to 2:00 am.
Work schedule consists of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays is optional. What's the Job? Operate and program CNC lathes to produce precision metal parts. Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production. Shape materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastic to meet specifications. Determine appropriate speeds, feeds, and tools for cutting operations. Monitor and modify programs to meet tight tolerances and ensure quality. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of CNC lathe operation and programming, with familiarity in Doosan or Smart lathe preferred. Proficiency in Mathematics and Blueprint Reading. Ability to use measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. What's in it for me?
