CNC Programmer Irwin, PA 17 Jun 2026 22665093 Summary Irwin, PA In-Person $20.00 - $35.00 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Express is seeking a CNC Programmer for a Manufacturing Company in Irwin! Do you have CNC programming experience and enjoy working with advanced machining operations? Express is seeking a CNC Programmer to create, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with multi-axis equipment while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.

Job Duties of the
CNC Programmer:
  • Create CNC programs using CAM software for milling and turning operations
  • Program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes according to engineering specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and design documents to develop machining programs
  • Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain records of CNC programs and machining operations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve programming methods to increase productivity
  • Other duties as required Qualifications of the
CNC Programmer:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Experience with CNC programming and CAM software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience with multi-axis milling and turning operations preferred
  • Experience with Esprit CAM Software preferred
  • Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
