Description Express is seeking a CNC Programmer for a Manufacturing Company in Irwin! Do you have CNC programming experience and enjoy working with advanced machining operations? Express is seeking a CNC Programmer to create, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with multi-axis equipment while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
SHIFT:

CNC Programmer:
- Create CNC programs using CAM software for milling and turning operations
- Program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes according to engineering specifications
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and design documents to develop machining programs
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain records of CNC programs and machining operations
- Continuously evaluate and improve programming methods to increase productivity
- Other duties as required Qualifications of the
CNC Programmer:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability
- Experience with CNC programming and CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with multi-axis milling and turning operations preferred
- Experience with Esprit CAM Software preferred
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
