Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Irwin, PA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience programming CNC machining operations using Mastercam software and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role requires the ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for a variety of multi-axis mills and lathes while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams. Responsibilities Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software. Program CNC machining operations, including milling and turning on multi-axis mills and lathes. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and design specifications to develop accurate machining programs. Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining equipment to resolve production issues. Maintain organized records of CNC programs, tooling, and machining operations. Continuously improve programming methods and machining processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Verify program accuracy and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Programmer. Strong proficiency with Mastercam software. Experience programming multi-axis CNC mills and lathes. Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Experience troubleshooting CNC programs and machine operations. Experience with Esprit software is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
