We are a small, family-owned CNC machine shop focused on high-mix, low-volume work. This is not a repetitive button-pushing position. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in the full process: programming, setting up, running parts, solving problems, improving processes, and helping build something bigger. The right person does not need to know everything already, but they do need to have the right attitude. Experience is valuable, and the more experience the better, but we are also open to someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and serious about growing in the machining trade. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a small shop where their work matters, their ideas are heard, and there is room to grow as the company grows.

Responsibilities include:

Programming, setting up, and running CNC milling jobs Working with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis Haas CNC machines Programming with Fusion Reading and interpreting prints, tolerances, and job requirements Setting up tools, fixtures, workholding, and inspection methods Inspecting parts throughout the machining process Troubleshooting machining, tooling, and setup issues Tracking jobs, labor, and shop activity through our ERP system Helping improve processes, organization, and efficiency in the shop Assisting with other shop tasks as needed What we are looking for: CNC machining experience preferred CNC programming experience preferred Fusion experience is a plus Haas control experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Someone who takes pride in doing quality work

Full-time position Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime available as required to meet production needs
