We're looking for a CNC expert who thrives on accuracy and teamwork. In This Role, You Will Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet part specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to plan and execute work. Monitor production runs, adjusting parameters to maintain tight quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance to sustain optimal performance. Partner with peers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly. Document production metrics and machine settings with precision. Follow safety protocols and maintain a well-organized, clean workspace. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; machining certifications or technical training are a plus. Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or similar position. Hands-on capability with both CNC mills and lathes. Solid command of G-code and proven skill in CNC setups. Fluency in reading engineering documents and blueprints. Detail orientation and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Effective communication and a collaborative mindset.
