We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who can read a print, set up the machine, make programming adjustments, and turn raw stock into a precision finished part. Here, the work changes. You'll tackle high-mix, low-volume machining on Haas mills and lathes in a small, established shop where experienced machinists are trusted to get the job done. The Perks $25-$40/hour, based on skill and experience Unlimited overtime opportunities Day shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Medical insurance with a generous HRA 401(k) Paid Time Off Varied work, not the same production run every day A Day in The Life as The CNC Machinist Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes Write and edit G-code and M-code Read blueprints and interpret GD&T Set tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds Take jobs from raw stock to finished part Inspect your work using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools Troubleshoot setup and programming issues Communicate clearly when jobs move between machines or operators What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience Strong CNC setup and manual programming skills Ability to work independently without extensive training Blueprint and GD&T experience Strong measuring and inspection skills Reliable, safety-focused, and a solid team player Big plus: Haas experience, Mastercam, multi-axis/5-axis machining, live tooling, or experience running multiple machines.
