CNC Programmer(1st Shift)

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC machines Run jobs independently from setup through final production Manufacture precision-machined parts to tight tolerances and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production performance Recommend improvements to tooling, processes, and workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate tooling and material requirements to management Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer Strong hands-on experience with HAAS controls (or similar CNC systems) Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent Solid understanding of: Cutting tools Speeds and feeds Machining various materials Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with Doosan / DN Solutions CNC lathes Familiarity with Fanuc controls .
