10+years Key Duties & Responsibilities 5+ years of NC/CNC programming experience in aerospace machining (3-axis & 5-axis) Develop and maintain CNC programs, MCD, tooling data, and setup documentation using
CATIA V5/V6
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements for aluminum, titanium, and composite parts Validate NC programs using Vericut and support shop-floor troubleshooting Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, producibility, and cycle time Desired Requirements BS in Engineering or equivalent Strong background in multi-axis aerospace machining, cutting tools, feeds & speeds Hands-on experience with tooling, fixture development, and machining process improvements Knowledge of manufacturing planning, setup sequencing, and production support Tools / Software Skills
