The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing complex Mastercam toolpaths , programming and optimizing multi-axis machining operations, setting up CNC machines, validating first-piece production, troubleshooting machining and programming issues, and producing high-precision composite components. Strong experience with Mastercam CAM software, 5-Axis machining strategies, toolpath optimization, G-Code, fixture design, tooling selection, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, machine setup, process optimization, and
ISO 9001
2015 manufacturing standards is required. Candidates with experience machining composite materials, aerospace, defense, marine, or other high-precision components are highly preferred.
