Lead CNC Programmer/Operator Pay:

$29.00-$35.00 per hour

First shift 7:00 am-4:00 pm Aiken, SC Work environment: Climate-controlled job shop We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to lead the CNC department in a busy job shop. This hands-on role includes programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills, as well as guiding and training department operators. Responsibilities Program parts using CAD/CAM software. Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills. Lead daily work in the CNC department and train operators. Maintain quality and productivity in a busy shop environment. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with Fanuc and/or Haas controls. Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, Edgecam, Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or a similar program. High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred. Strong work ethic and consistent work history. Ability to work overtime as needed and comfortably lift more than 50 pounds.
