A component manufacturer in Benton, TN is hiring a CNC programmer/machinist for first or second shift. Hours are 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Four day week We run Haas mills and lathes and we program in SolidCAM. We're looking for someone who can run a job start to finish - program it, set it up, prove it out, and write down enough that the next person isn't calling you at home. This is a job shop, so the parts change and you'll be figuring things out on your own a lot of the time. What we're looking for: At least 3 years on CNC mills or lathes Can set up your own work on a Haas Reads prints, knows GD&T, and can inspect your own parts Comfortable editing at the control SolidCAM experience is a big plus - put it near the top of your resume. If you've used Mastercam, CAMWorks, SOLIDWORKS, GibbsCAM, Esprit or Fusion instead, that's fine too. We'll train you on SolidCAM.
