6 hours Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to provide leadership coverage across both day and night shift operations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Lead for a long-term opportunity with a manufacturing company in the Austin/Manor area. This is a leadership role for an individual with strong CNC programming skills and hands-on woodworking experience. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience Experience programming CNC routers Strong background in woodworking (required) Experience creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with woodworking software such as VCarve is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills We Are Looking For Someone Who Has hands-on woodworking manufacturing experience Can lead and support production teams across multiple shifts Takes pride in producing high-quality work Works safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay Long-term opportunity Opportunity for growth How to Apply If you meet the qualifications above, please submit your resume for consideration.
