We are seeking an experienced Fabrication / CNC Plasma Table Operator & Programmer to support the programming, setup, operation, and maintenance of our CNC fabrication equipment. This position is ideal for a highly skilled CNC professional with strong programming and hands-on fabrication experience, including creating efficient tool paths, optimizing material nests, and producing quality parts to specification. • CNC programming & cut programming software Additional CNC and fabrication equipment will continue to be added as the company grows.

All specialized tools and equipment required to perform the job will be provided in-house.

Primary Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC plasma tables and other CNC fabrication equipment. Create, review, and optimize CNC tool paths for production. Develop efficient material nests to maximize material utilization and minimize scrap. Read and interpret engineering, fabrication, and shop drawings. Work with DXF, STEP, and other CAD file formats. Utilize CAD/CAM and nesting software to prepare production programs. Write, review & modify G-code and M-code as required. Verify machine setup, tooling, material, dimensions, and program accuracy before production. Operate CNC plasma equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production requirements. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine and programming issues. Use precision measuring equipment, gauges, Go/No-Go gauges, tooling, and standard blocks to verify finished parts. Maintain accurate production, programming, and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues. Assist with developing and improving CNC programming and fabrication processes as equipment capabilities expand. Minimum Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of CNC programming experience. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, including G-code and M-code. Deep understanding of CNC tool-path creation and optimization. Experience with CNC nesting software. Proficiency with AutoCAD and CAM software. Experience working with DXF, STEP, and other CAD file formats. Experience programming and operating CNC fabrication equipment. Experience performing routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Strong understanding of precision measurement tools, gauges, Go/No-Go gauges, tooling, and standard blocks. Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering and production teams. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience with OmniWin Pro or similar CNC programming/nesting software. Experience with Global Control Systems or similar CNC machine control systems. Knowledge of Delem Controllers & Software. Experience programming and operating 3

CNC press brake programming and operating experience.

Experience operating or programming:

CNC plasma tables Burn tables Waterjet tables CNC laser equipment Experience with structural beam profiling or large-format CNC equipment. Experience in a high-volume fabrication or manufacturing environment.
