Full Job Description What You'll Do:

MUST have Auto CAD experience 2+ years preferred Write, edit & maintain CNC programs for oxy-fuel/plasma burn table Read blueprints & work orders, draw/scale parts in AutoCAD Nest parts perfectly, load/unload, run the machine, hit every cut dead-on Keep the table running safe, fast, and flawless—zero shortcuts Tell management exactly when parts will be ready Train helpers, fix problems fast, build a tight crew Jump in wherever the shop needs you

Must-Have Skills:

1+ years AutoCAD 1+ years running CNC burn tables (oxy-fuel & plasma) Read blueprints like they're written in plain English Solid with Word/Excel/Outlook Can lift 50 lbs, work on uneven floors, bend/stoop/crawl Full PPE every shift, no exceptions Clear communicator—give and take directions instantly Work days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime—whatever it takes

Nice-to-Have:

5+ years burning plate on CNC tables Tech school or trade certificate Speak Spanish +
