Can you set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to exact specifications? Do you read blueprints and schematics with ease—and translate them into action? Are Fanuc, Mazak, or Mazatrol controls second nature to you? Do you write and tweak G‑code/M‑code to improve cycle time and quality? Will you own in‑process inspection and ensure every feature meets tolerance? Can you keep machines running smoothly with routine maintenance? Do you collaborate well and look for ways to streamline workflows? Is safety and housekeeping part of how you work every day? What you'll do Set up, operate, and optimize CNC equipment to meet drawing requirements. Interpret technical drawings and convert them into efficient machining strategies. Program and adjust using Fanuc, Mazak, or Mazatrol environments. Write, edit, and verify programs using G‑code and related languages. Conduct first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections to verify conformance. Perform routine machine maintenance to sustain performance and reliability. Partner with peers to improve processes, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency. Maintain an orderly, safe workstation aligned with company policies. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; machining education/certification preferred. Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or similar position. Advanced print reading and technical comprehension. Deep understanding of CNC programming and operations. Familiarity with shop instruments and tooling (Mics, Calipers, and Gauges). High attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skills. Team‑oriented, yet comfortable working independently. Effective communication and a positive, can‑do attitude. Technical strengths
