Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Numerical Control Programmer 3 Job Description Provide technical expertise in CNC machining, numerical control (NC) programming, and manufacturing processes. Define and establish manufacturing and producibility requirements for aerospace components, tools, and assemblies. Develop, validate, modify, and maintain Machine Control Data (MCD), NC programs, geometry, and supporting manufacturing documentation. Create and optimize machining strategies for a wide range of numerically controlled equipment used in manufacturing and inspection operations. Utilize CATIA, ENOVIA, IVT, and REDARS to review engineering data, manage product configurations, and support manufacturing planning activities. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, process efficiency, and compliance with design requirements. Support the development, integration, and implementation of advanced machining technologies, manufacturing methods, software applications, and production equipment. Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Verify machining processes, tooling requirements, and production documentation to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and aerospace standards. Perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision while providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing operations. Education /
