Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal or plastic components. Your goal is to meet daily production targets while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate Machinery:

Run CNC mills, lathes, or routers to shape raw materials into finished parts.

Setup and Adjust:

Load raw stock, install cutting tools, and adjust machine settings or offsets as needed.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished items using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify correct dimensions and tolerances.

Monitor Production:

Watch machine cycles for errors, unusual vibrations, or tool wear, making quick adjustments to prevent defects.

Maintenance and Safety:

Keep the work area clean, perform basic routine machine upkeep, and follow all health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or CNC operating experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Basic shop math skills and experience with measurement tools (calipers, tape measures). Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay:

$22.50 - $35.00 per hour
