Full-Time / Permanent About the Role We aren't a "production" shop; we are a precision shop. We build and repair high-dollar, tight-tolerance injection molds where success is measured in microns. We are looking for a Dedicated CNC Programmer who treats CAM as an art form. In this role, you aren't just hitting "generate" on toolpaths. You are the architect of the machining process, responsible for ensuring our CNC centers run flawlessly, efficiently, and—whenever possible—lights-out.

What You'll Do Precision Programming:

Develop 3, 4, and 5-axis toolpaths for hardened tool steels (50-62 HRC) and complex 3D geometries.

Hard Milling & Finishing:

Focus on achieving superior surface finishes that minimize or eliminate manual benching/polishing.

Electrode Strategy:

Design and program graphite or copper electrodes with precise orbital offsets for EDM.

Simulation:

Perform 100% collision-checking and verification to ensure "first-time right" execution on the floor.

Optimization:

Partner with the moldmaking team to standardize tooling and streamline setups using modular workholding (EROWA/3R).

What We're Looking For Expertise:

7+ years of dedicated CAM programming experience, specifically within the injection mold industry. The "Mold Brain": You must understand parting lines, shut-offs, and draft angles. You know how a mold breathes and how it fails.

Software Mastery:

High proficiency in [
