Location:
Seattle, WA Position:
Contract-to-hire Pay:
$43+/hour
Shift:
Hybrid day shift; 3 days in person 2 days remote We're seeking a skilled programmer to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team supporting cutting-edge aircraft design, fabrication, testing, and certification projects. If you enjoy solving complex machining challenges and working closely with engineering teams, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Program 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines using Siemens NX Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to develop efficient machining strategies Create setup sheets and machining documentation for operators Support machine setup, prove-outs, and troubleshoot machining issues Collaborate with engineering on fixtures, tooling, and manufacturability improvements Develop CAD models, assemblies, and production tooling
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of CNC programming experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling Experience programming with Siemens NX Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Experience supporting machine setup and troubleshooting
Preferred:
CNC Programming certification CNC Machining certification
