Full Job Description CNC Programmer Location:
Tacoma, WA Pay:
$27-35 / hour (DOE)

Our Client is a precision manufacturing operation focused on CNC machining, inspection processes, tooling, and high-quality production.
What You'll Do:
Develop machining and inspection process methodologies and review processes for operational feasibility and completeness. Develop tool, probe, and measuring-machine paths for multi-axis operations using tool-axis control. Select and validate appropriate cutting tools and probes for requested operations. Verify CNC part programs to ensure results meet quality requirements . Use computerized tools to support program verification and inspection. Define, develop, and continuously improve machining processes. Identify and resolve N/C manufacturing problems . Provide guidance on the development, control, and organization of CNC machine tooling. Support project administration and leadership activities, including status reporting and project documentation. Coordinate with users and vendors and assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of computer-related equipment. Have:
Knowledge of precision CNC machinery and CNC machining principles . Knowledge of fabrication and machining practices. Ability to develop and verify CNC machining and inspection programs. Ability to evaluate tooling and machining processes for operational feasibility. Ability to identify and resolve N/C manufacturing issues. Strong understanding of quality requirements and manufacturing processes.
