Job Description
Industrial Painter Automation Personnel Services is looking for a n Industrial Painter for a company based in Cullman, AL . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a structural steel manufacturer . Pay Rate Based on experience Schedule and Hours Sunday 11pm to 7am / Monday through Thursday 9pm to 7am Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities Weigh and measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to paint equipment. Select appropriate coating to formulas, using paint mixing equipment. Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products. Continuously check equipment temperature, air pressure and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings or paints. Transfer completed items or products from paint areas to drying or storage areas. Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements Highly motivated and able to work independently and with a team. Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback. Strong communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
