Requirements + Job Duites No painting experience required Minimum six (6) weeks of manufacturing experience Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs frequently Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Spray paint materials as they move along a continuous paint line Monitor painted parts for coverage and basic quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. What You Will Do As a Manufacturing Painter you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Painter is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
