The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or industrial powder coating and painting, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Day Shift Responsibilities & Requirements Minimum 3 years of powder coating experience Strong general and technical knowledge of powder coating processes Knowledge of powder coating gun settings and electrostatic application Understanding of Corona vs. Tribo application Knowledge of powder types, properties, and applications Ability to work at a fast production pace while maintaining quality standards Inspect work throughout each stage of the process, including preheating, sanding, mil checks, and final inspection Ability to hot spot/hot flock and ensure complete coverage and sealing of surfaces prone to Faraday cage effects Experience with fusion bonding Ability to correct minor surface imperfections and address powder contamination issues Ability to work in tight, uncomfortable spaces and difficult angles due to part size or complexity Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently and follow safety and production procedures #
