Job Description
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3 years in learning, development and training. Proficiency in using spray painting equipment and sandblasting tools. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect surface imperfections. Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling coatings, chemicals, and protective equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in L&D in a manufacturing setting. Previous experience in aerospace finishing, painting, or processing.
