Sanding Full Job Description Position:

Paint Prep / Masking Technician We are looking for an experienced masking technician to handle vehicle prep and paint booth operations.

Responsibilities:

Precision masking of vehicles for paint Prep sanding and surface preparation Loading and staging vehicles in the paint booth Maintaining a clean and organized prep area Assisting painter with workflow efficiency Quality control before paint application Spray primer when needed Load & unload paint booth Keep shop clean, organized, and running smooth Open shop (pull cars out, set up) Help close (pack up cars, secure shop)

Requirements:

✔ Experience masking vehicles in a collision or paint shop ✔ Experience loading vehicles in paint booth ✔ Detail-oriented and organized ✔ Works clean and efficient ✔ Takes pride in workmanship ✔ Reliable and punctual Experience is
