Spray Line/General Labor/Forklift

We are currently seeking two motivated and detail-oriented General Laborers to join our production team on the spray line. This role is critical to our finishing process, ensuring high-quality applications and efficient throughput. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial or automotive finishing and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment on the industrial spray line. Prepare surfaces for coating and ensure uniform application of materials. Perform quality checks to identify and correct defects in the finish. Assist with material handling and organization within the department. Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Candidate Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in industrial spray painting is highly preferred.

Specialized Background:

Candidates with experience in automotive painting or body shop work are considered a strong fit.

Technical Skills:

Forklift operation experience is a significant plus.

Communication:

bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; however, we welcome applicants who are monolingual in either language.

Reliability:

strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

salary:

$18 - $18.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 1:30
