Responsibilities include masking, hanging parts, operating electrostatic powder-coating equipment, applying powder evenly, monitoring cure cycles, performing quality inspections, maintaining equipment, and keeping work areas clean and safe. The ideal candidate has powder-coating, industrial-painting, metal-finishing, or manufacturing experience; strong attention to detail; dependable attendance; and the ability to lift up to lbs. Experience with batch ovens, conveyor lines, specialty finishes, surface preparation, and custom metal products is a plus.
