Who we think would do well in this role: We think a person who enjoys creative problem solving, enjoys building things, and working on a team. We want someone who would like to be able to take ownership and responsibility, you will be given the latitude to come in, understand the problem, formulate a solution and test it. If it doesn't work that's okay let's move onto the next idea. Compensation will be DOE generally for entry level we are paying between $16-$20 per hour with room for growth.
