Job Description San Leandro Collision & Service Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Painter to join our growing team. We are a busy collision and mechanical repair facility serving retail, insurance, rideshare, and fleet customers throughout the East Bay. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prep vehicles for paint Sanding, masking, priming, and blocking Color matching and blending Paint complete panels and full vehicle resprays Buffing and polishing as needed Maintain clean and organized paint booth/work area Follow safety and OSHA guidelines Work with estimators and technicians to maintain production flow Qualifications Minimum 3 years auto body painting experience preferred Experience with waterborne paint systems preferred Ability to blend and color match accurately Knowledge of collision repair processes Must have valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent workload Growth opportunities Family-oriented work environment Modern equipment and paint booth Supportive management team Pay $30 - $32 per hour, depending on experience and productivity Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time Optional overtime available Benefits Employee discounts Flexible scheduling opportunities Performance bonuses available Location San Leandro, CA 94578
